California babe Ashley Blue is a porn actress turned director. Having entered the business in 2002 at around 21 years old, Ashley has starred in more than 380 films and directed 17 titles. With that much exposure, surely hers should be a household name. Before entering porn, Ashley worked at various jobs including waitress, receptionist, and hostess at a restaurant. Early on in the business she signed with JM Productions, one of the top producers in the business. Later in her career, she signed with LA Models for a brief period.

At least that's the blurb printed on the jacket of her book, Girlvert: A Porno Memoir. This memoir was a follow-up to the Girlvert series she performed for JM Productions. Her performance in Girlvert 4 garnered her the Adam Film World Guide Award for Best Actress (Video) in 2004.

During her stint in the porn business, Ashley Blue has compiled a lengthy filmography, as she specialized in all genres of performance, including oral, lesbian, some fetish, and the niche is she most known for - hardcore anal and double penetration content. On July 30, 2009 she married adult filmmaker/photographer Dave Naz, after which she became less active in the adult film business.
